Aerodrome Tower & Radar Simulator

Specially designed for real-time air traffic control (ATC) training, ST Electronics' Aerodrome Tower and Radar Simulator is Asia's first integrated 360-degree ATC and radar simulator. This state-of-the-art training facility provides both air traffic controllers and radar controllers with a realistic training environment, thereby facilitating better preparation of controllers for the actual situation.

Airport Resources & Activities Monitoring System (ARMS)

Built on 15 years of experience in advanced mobile real-time systems, ARMS is designed with the service-oriented airport operator in mind. ARMS is a real-time, total information system that provides the airport operator with an overall situation picture of airport activities. With all important and relevant information at his fingertips, centralised control of all resources by the operator is made possible. He can track and despatch resources automatically through the system. The system has the capability to locate, identify and recommend the best available resources to him during disruptions of airport activities. The unique multi-lateration systems increase the level of safety and efficiency in airports and air traffic management. The systems provide accurate surveillance and identification of all transponser-equipped aircraft in the air as well as on airport surfaces. Using multiple receivers the systems capture aircraft transponder pulses and compute the aircraft positions and identification. At larger airports, the Multi-Lateration Systems complement the existing surface movement radar systems, providing considerably improved and more reliable data than from a single surveillance sensor.
