Latest NewsDecember 2009ST Electronics Liquidates Subsidiary, PM-B (China) Ltd Singapore, 30 December 2009 — Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that PM-B (China) Ltd (PM-B China) has been placed under members’ voluntary liquidation. PM-B China is a wholly owned subsidiary of PM-B Singapore, which in turn, is a subsidiary of ST Engineering's electronics arm, Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary, ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) Pte. Ltd. The liquidation of PM-B China is a result of ongoing business review to streamline capabilities and optimise resources within the Group. PM-B Singapore will henceforth leverage its parent ST Electronics’ network and resources to support its activities in China. The liquidation of PM-B China is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
