and sales support Herndon, Va., December 1, 2009 — Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited’s (ST Electronics) related US satellite communication company, VT iDirect, Inc. (iDirect), today announced results from its 2009 Customer Satisfaction Survey, revealing record approval ratings for the company, its products and services. For the fourth straight year, iDirect’s total customer satisfaction rating increased, with more than 95 percent of this year’s participants reporting overall satisfaction with iDirect’s products and services. iDirect is a world leader in satellite-based IP communications technology. Near the end of each calendar year, iDirect invites its global network of partners to participate in the survey which measures customer satisfaction based on several categories: operations, services, hardware, software, and sales and technical support. For 2009, iDirect showed consistent improvement across key categories. Additional highlights include a 93 percent satisfaction rating for iDirect’s order fulfillment process, 92 percent for sales representatives and staff, and 92 percent for culture and values.
