Archive News in Year 2006February 2006ST Electronics and Tata Consultancy Services to Work Together to Deliver Advanced IT Solutions to the Asia Pacific Region Singapore, 8 February 2006 — Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited (ST Electronics), the electronics arm of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Ltd., a leading global IT consulting, solutions, services and business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, today announced a partnership for the marketing of identified IT solutions developed jointly by ST Electronics and TCS to the regional market. As part of the strategic alliance, ST Electronics and TCS will work jointly on projects including e-government, communications, and logistics. ST Electronics’ extensive mission-critical project experience and expertise will complement TCS' global expertise in software IT solutions implementation services.
